Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using RNSoft CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and RNSoft Solutions ("RNSoft", "we").
2. Service description
RNSoft CRM is a multi-tenant cloud CRM platform for managing contacts, leads, deals, organizations, activities, orders, email sequences, and related business data. Features may change over time; we will notify you of material changes.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@rnsoftsolutions.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts representing businesses must be created by an authorized representative.
4. Your data — you own it
All data you enter into RNSoft CRM remains yours. We claim no ownership, license, or rights to your CRM data beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the Service. You may export your data at any time via Settings → Export. You may request deletion at any time.
By using the Service, you grant RNSoft a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Store or transmit unlawful content or personal data you are not authorized to hold
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) through the email features
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data or to our systems
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
- Exceed reasonable usage limits in a way that degrades service for others
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate suspension without notice.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, or events beyond our control may cause downtime. We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance.
8. Fees and payment
Current pricing is agreed upon at the time of subscription. We will provide 30 days' notice before any price changes. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access. Refund terms are agreed at time of purchase.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you retain the right to export your data for 30 days. After the 30-day retention period, your data will be permanently deleted. See our Data Retention Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for material breach of these Terms — including violations of the acceptable use policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RNSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or business. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
